Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Once services have been rendered or files delivered.
Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction due to lack of property readiness or weather unless prearranged.

Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal or Cash.
Late payments beyond 7 calendar days will incur a 5% late fee.
Invoices unpaid after 30 days will be sent to collections.

Portfolio & Social Media Use

A.GOOD Design reserves the right to use delivered media for its website, portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.
If the client prefers the content not be used publicly, a written request must be submitted prior to the shoot.

Agreement

By booking any service and/or downloading delivered media, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
